Position: Scheduler
Location: Aurora/CICC
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Primary Responsibilities:
-Schedule new patients and return appointments in computer system in accordance with physician and/or office guidelines. Cancels/reschedules appointments according to physician schedule changes; notifies appropriate clinic personnel.
-Obtain and enter all authorization and correspondence relating to referrals in patients charts and
computer.
-Schedule outpatient appointments/testing and hospital admissions upon request. Obtains necessary pre-certification as required.
-Handle new patient referrals, gathers necessary information, assigns the patient account number and schedules appointment.
-Collect co-pays, deductible and other out of pocket amounts at time of visit.
-Handle incoming phone calls from patients needing to schedule or reschedule appointments.
-Provide patients with accurate and legible appointment cards. Documents no shows in patients chart for missed visits. Follows up with patient to reschedule any missed appointments.
-Arrange for patients to have financial counseling as needed.
-Demonstrate an understanding of patient confidentiality to protect the patient and clinic/corporation.
-Follow policies and procedures to contribute to the efficiency of the front office. Covers for other front office functions as requested.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three years office experience, preferably in a medical office setting. This position requires a high level of computer skills and organizational ability.

Position: Medical Assistant
Location: SE Division (Aurora, Littleton, Parker)
Hours: PRN (as needed to cover vacation)
Primary Responsibilities:
• Escort patients to and from exam rooms
• Record patient data prior to each physician visit
• Obtain all necessary patient records and verifies presence of consent prior to treatment/procedures
• Prepare and stock exam rooms
• Assist physician with exam and procedures as needed
• Obtain blood specimens from peripheral sites
• Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injection
• Processes instruments and equipment as needed
• Phones in prescriptions and makes other patient calls as directed by physician
• Obtains patient records and previous test results
Requirements:
• Certificate of graduation from an accredited program of Medical Assistants preferred
• Two or more years experience required
• Phlebotomy experience preferred

Position: Lab Supervisor
Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5
Location: Midtown
Responsible for the efficient operation of laboratory. Ensure accurate and timely
testing procedures. Assure compliance with applicable regulations regarding
laboratory operations.
Establish and monitor policies and procedures for overall testing performance.
Establish and monitor quality assurance, quality control, proficiency testing and
routine maintenance policies and procedures.
Review patient test results, quality control, proficiency testing and maintenance
records. Ensure that patient test results are not reported until all corrective
Actions have been taken and the test system is properly functioning.
Maintain awareness of and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Enforce safety standards.
Order supplies and equipment; evaluate new equipment and reagents for technical
suitability and cost effectiveness.
Supervise lab personnel to include training and performance evaluation.
REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree in Medical Technology or related science field. Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology preferred. Minimum five years experience in laboratory testing. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
ASCP or equivalent certification required

Position: Mid Level Practitioner
Location: Boulder/Longmont
Job Description: Perform clinical and diagnostic procedures.
Following documented training; performs diagnostic
procedures including bone marrow aspirate and biopsy.
Teach prevention and early detection classes and conduct
cancer screening.
Provide case management for oncology clients.
Provide diagnostic and pharmacologic management of the
disease process and treatment side effects
Act as a resource to nursing staff and other health care
team members.
Requirements: Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current state certification of Nurse Practitioner.
Current CPR certification required.
ACON certification required.
